Simply Dental Management is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care to children and their families.

Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services
- Create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families
- Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
