Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled mid-level IT technician to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll deliver exceptional support and solutions across a wide range of industries. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to resolve issues, implement IT projects, and assist our customers in the best possible way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools and on-site visits
- Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks including device configuration and user account setup
- Monitor client systems using RMM tools and respond to alerts proactively
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Support and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and networking equipment
- Escalate complex issues to senior tech as needed with detailed documentation
- Maintain accurate records within the ticketing system and create clear client documentation
- Monitor the reports on our internal systems and taking appropriate action if needed
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a friendly, efficient manner
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP or service desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., NinjaRMM, N-able)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft certs) are a big plus
Bonus Skills
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
