Simplex Group seeks a highly organized, execution-driven Digital Content Producer to support our growing Marketing team by bringing our content strategy to life through consistent, high-quality video and short-form content production.
This role is responsible for executing the content calendar and producing scripts, videos, and branded assets based on ideas and direction provided by Marketing leadership.
As the Digital Content Producer, you will serve as the day-to-day owner of our video production workflow—ensuring content is planned, produced, edited, and published on schedule across external and internal branding channels. This person must be comfortable working within a structured calendar, managing deadlines, and collaborating cross-functionally (especially with HR for internal communications).
This role is ideal for someone creative and hands-on, who thrives in production environments, and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality—someone who understands storytelling, brand consistency, and the impact of content on company growth and culture.

Job Description & Responsibilities
The Digital Content Producer serves as the execution engine for content production, ensuring Simplex’s external brand and internal culture content is produced consistently, on time, and aligned to strategic direction.
This role owns the production calendar for video content and ensures ideas are translated into scripts, finished edits, and published deliverables across key channels.
This role is responsible for collaborating across Marketing and HR, managing deadlines, and maintaining a steady cadence of high-quality content that supports both demand generation and employee engagement.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Content Calendar Execution & Production
· Execute the content calendar provided by Marketing leadership, ensuring timely delivery of content each week.
· Develop and maintain a structured video production calendar for both external and internal branding.
· Manage content production workflow end-to-end: intake → scripting → filming → editing → revisions → publishing.
· Ensure all content is aligned with Simplex Group brand guidelines and marketing priorities.
Video Content Production & Editing
· Write scripts and produce video content based on ideas and direction provided by the Marketing leadership.
· Film and edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, product/service education, and culture.
· Produce multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video, internal recap videos, etc.) optimized for each channel.
· Maintain quality standards for audio, lighting, pacing, subtitles, and final delivery.
Paid Advertising Video Production (Ads)
· Produce and edit video assets for paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Create ad variations and cutdowns aligned with campaign objectives and creative testing needs.
· Collaborate with Marketing leadership to ensure videos align with brand standards, messaging strategy, and performance goals (hook, CTA, formatting, etc.).
· Organize final deliverables for ads (sizes, aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails) and ensure on-time delivery for launch dates.
Webinar Execution & Production
· Serve as the main executor for webinar sessions, coordinating all production steps from planning to delivery.
· Support webinar setup and production logistics (agenda alignment, speaker coordination, run-of- show, rehearsals, recording).
· Produce webinar video assets, including intros/outros, speaker transitions, recap clips, and highlight reels.
· Manage post-webinar deliverables such as edited recordings, short clips for promotion, and internal distribution assets.
External Brand Content
· Produce and edit content to support external marketing initiatives, including brand awareness, product education, and campaign launches.
· Work closely with Marketing to translate messaging into engaging videos and content series.
· Support event content creation, interviews, and team spotlights when needed.
Internal Branding & HR Collaboration
· Partner with HR to execute internal branding content to follow the Master Plan for engagement (culture updates, employee stories, internal announcements, recruiting content).
· Plan and produce internal video content that improves engagement and strengthens company culture.
Executive LinkedIn Content (CEO, COO, CRO)
· Own the content workflow for executive LinkedIn profiles
· Propose weekly post topics aligned with business priorities, leadership voice, and current initiatives.
· Draft posts and submit them for review and approval by leadership/marketing.
· Ensure consistent cadence of at least two posts per week for the CEO and COO (minimum expectation).
· Track performance and adjust topics/format based on engagement trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
· Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and leadership stakeholders to manage approvals and ensure content is delivered as needed.
· Maintain organized systems for assets, drafts, revisions, and final files (Drive/Dropbox/Project tools).
· Support Creative and Marketing campaigns with additional production needs when required.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
· Portfolio showcasing successful content creation and management
