At Simple Beginnings, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our swing shift staff providing one-on-one services for our residents. The successful candidate will monitor clients and ensure they are okay through the night. This position will also entail ADL support as well with the individuals Monday through Friday, helping with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Layton Position 1:
16/hrs a week
Saturday 8am - 3:30 pm
Sunday 8am - 3:30 pm

Monday: 4pm-9pm & 12am-7am
Tuesday: 4pm-9pm

Job Description:
- Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate for the specific job.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age if transporting clients
- Approved Background Clearance Application through the Office of Licensing annually.
- Must be able to meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and supervision during one-on-one hours.
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and recreational activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community.
- Always ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist individuals in understanding and adhering to social cues.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a consistent and supportive environment.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
- Offer emotional support and engage with the individual in social and recreational activities.
- Provide transportation to and from home, as well as to community activities.
Communicate effectively and regularly with their family, providing updates on progress and any incidents that occur during the day.
