This is a full-time hybrid role for a Store Manager at the Miami flagship location. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing store staff, maintaining inventory levels, implementing visual merchandising standards, and creating strategies to drive store traffic. While primarily based at the Miami location, remote work may be acceptable for some administrative tasks and reporting.
- Leadership and team management skills, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
