Role Description
This is a part-time role based at the Miami flagship store. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, foster client relationships, drive sales, and maintain the visual presentation of the store. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a welcoming and elevated shopping experience in line with the SIMONMILLER brand. Collaboration with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment is key.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and building relationships
- Proven sales ability and an understanding of retail operations and customer service
- An eye for style and fashion, with an ability to provide tailored advice and build customer trust
- Organizational skills for inventory maintenance and visual merchandising
- Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business
- A self-motivated, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work both in-store and remotely as needed
