Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Quality Assurance Manager for their Maryland service area. This is a REMOTE position with very occasional travel. Candidates must be based in Maryland (norther Washington D.C. area). A Registered Nurse with Medicare Home Health Quality Assurance is required. Staff development, training, preceptor experience is preferred.

- Medicare Home Health management experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
- Maryland RN license required

- Review OASIS and clinical documentation for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Educate clinical team on proper documentation and regulations.
- Occasional office or field visits as necessary.
