Duties

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that meet both their needs and company objectives
- Develop customized marketing strategies to promote TPMS offerings and increase brand visibility within the industry
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and forecast revenue growth
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and installation procedures clearly to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure account retention, address concerns promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the automotive aftermarket sector, preferably with experience in TPMS or related technology products
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with business development expertise to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in account management, nurturing long-term client relationships, and expanding existing accounts
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to technical products and automotive markets
