Senior Software Engineer – Sitecore & React (Hybrid– Irving, TX)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in both Sitecore and React/Next.js to join a dynamic development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable digital experiences and has extensive experience developing directly within the Sitecore ecosystem while creating modern frontend applications.
Important: This is not a role for a React developer who simply integrates with Sitecore. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on development experience in both Sitecore and React.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications using Sitecore and modern frontend technologies.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and scalable solutions.
- Develop cutting-edge user experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support and enhance existing applications while contributing to new development initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience.
- 5 years of experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Sitecore 10 and cloud-based implementations (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Proven expertise in headless Sitecore architecture and development.
- Extensive experience integrating and developing solutions using:
- Sitecore XM / XP
- Sitecore Search
- Coveo Search
- Sitecore Content Hub
- Sitecore CDP & Personalize
- 3 years of experience with Azure PaaS services, including:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure Notification Hub
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and API development (REST & GraphQL).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, code quality enforcement, and release automation.
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Bash, and PowerShell.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building highly scalable enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
