SAP Payroll Lead | Remote Occasional Travel to Rochester, MN
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Lead with expertise in SAP US Payroll, Taxation, and Time Management. The ideal candidate will have strong configuration experience, end-to-end implementation knowledge, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP US Payroll implementation and support activities.
- Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory, payroll schemas, rules, garnishments, wage types, and direct deposit.
- Support benefits integration, payroll posting to finance, and third-party vendor interfaces.
- Manage Time Management and Time Evaluation configurations.
- Perform year-end payroll activities, legal updates, testing, and HR service pack implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP US Payroll and Taxes.
- Deep knowledge of Payroll Schemas, Rules, and Time Management.
- Experience with BSI Tax Factory.
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with production support and system enhancements.
Preferred:
- Media & Entertainment industry experience.
