Hiring: Senior PEGA Developer (W2 Only) | Remote
📍 Location: Florham Park, NJ (Remote)
🕒 Duration: 6 Months
⚠️ W2 Candidates Only. No C2C, 1099, or Third-Party Vendors.
We are looking for an experienced Senior PEGA Developer to support a large Government Healthcare modernization project focused on Eligibility & Enrollment systems.
Required Skills
- 10 years of IT experience with 5-8 years of PEGA PRPC development
- Pega CSA or CSSA Certified (2019 or earlier preferred)
- Experience with Medicaid, ACA Marketplace, CHIP, or Government Eligibility & Enrollment systems
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- PEGA Case Management
- File Listener & Job Scheduler
- Activities, Data Transforms & Flows
- UI Development (Sections, Harness, Skin)
- Data Pages, Decisioning & Case Types
- Strong understanding of BPM, workflow, and case lifecycle management
- Experience integrating PEGA with REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Databases, and enterprise systems (BenePath, Mavro, Quadient, Azure, MoveIT, etc.)
- Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and Agile development
Preferred
- Government Healthcare modernization experience
- Knowledge of eligibility rules engines
- PEGA Cloud, AWS, or Azure experience
