AI Engineer – Agentic AI (W2 Only)
📍 Location: Remote (Preference for candidates local to St. Louis, MO)
💼 Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C, No Third-Party Vendors, No Sponsorship)
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems to join an innovative team building next-generation AI solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, designing and deploying intelligent agent-based workflows for real-world business applications.
Required Skills
- Proven Applied Agentic AI engineering experience with evidence of building and deploying Agentic AI workflows in production or client projects.
- Strong experience designing and implementing modern multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar).
- Experience contributing to AI solution architecture and system design.
- Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models into production.
- Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered).
- AI/Cloud certifications such as:
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner / Machine Learning
- Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Azure Fundamentals
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer

The ideal candidate has successfully designed and delivered Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous agents collaborating to solve complex business problems. You should be comfortable architecting scalable AI systems, integrating LLMs, and deploying intelligent workflows into production environments.
