🚨 Hiring: SAP Group Reporting Consultant

📍 Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

💼 Employment Type: W2 is a Must / C2C (C2C only for H1B candidates)

We are actively looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting and ECC to S/4 HANA upgrade projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions

• Lead SAP BW to S/4 HANA Group Reporting conversion activities

• Support financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, equity pickup, and statutory reporting

• Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, and technical teams for finance transformation initiatives

• Drive functional design, testing, data migration, reconciliation, and go-live support

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Strong SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting experience

✔ Deep FI/CO functional expertise

✔ At least 1 full-cycle ECC to S/4 HANA upgrade project experience

✔ Knowledge of financial consolidation and accounting principles

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience preparing functional specifications and conducting testing

🔹 Preferred:

➕ AP, AA, GL, PS module exposure

➕ Banking/finance industry experience

➕ Strong documentation and presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Onsite role in Greensboro, NC

• H1B candidates are allowed

• C2C option available only for H1B candidates

• All other candidates must be on W2
