We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and AWS to join our growing team in Portland, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern cloud data warehousing, and large-scale integrations.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, Cost Optimization)
✔ Expertise in AWS data engineering services and integrations
✔ Experience with enterprise data warehousing solutions
✔ Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation
✔ Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
✔ Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling
✔ Exposure to UI/Data Visualization layers is a plus
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical teams in developing and implementing Snowflake data solutions
• Design, build, and optimize scalable data models using Snowflake and dbt
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using SQL and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver data requirements
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery
