What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician I position at Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC?
Responsible for preventative maintenance and minor repair of slot equipment/machines.
Essential Job Functions
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Preventive maintenance on all slot equipment/machines in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;
- Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.;
- Maintain sign lighting and graphics;
- Ensure all slot machines are secure;
- Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Education
Preferred- Associates or better in Electronics Technology
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- Gaming Permit/License
