You'll provide non-medical, one-on-one home care: practical help with everyday tasks, plus the companionship and steady presence that families count on. No two clients are the same, and we match you with people near you so the relationships you build can last.
A day in this role might include
- Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
- Assisting with walking, transfers, and getting around the home safely
- Cooking meals and sharing time, conversation, and company
- Keeping the living space clean with light housekeeping and laundry
- Offering medication reminders and noticing when something seems off
- Providing transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands
- Documenting each visit with brief, clear notes
You'd be a great fit if you have
- A kind, patient, trustworthy nature and strong reliability
- A valid Michigan driver's license, dependable transportation, and auto insurance
- The ability to clear a background check
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Some caregiving background — though we're happy to train someone with the right heart
- Bonus: CNA or HHA credentials, or current CPR/First Aid (not required)
Areas you may serve Three Rivers, Centreville, Constantine, Mendon, Sturgis, and surrounding St. Joseph County communities.
