What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide care and services to residents as outlined in individual care plans
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families
- Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness Team
- Document care and assistance provided in the electronic health record
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current CNA license in good standing
- Prior healthcare experience is helpful
- Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
