What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, season, cook, and serve meals according to the established menu
- Ensure proper portion sizes by following recipes and portion control standards
- Monitor and record food temperatures during preparation and service
- Check and inspect food products and supplies upon delivery
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and safe, following food safety guidelines
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and team members
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of food safety
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Previous food service experience is helpful
- ServSafe certification is a plus
