- Take care of general maintenance and repairs around the community
- Fix everyday items like lighting, paint, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
- Help move, assemble, or install furniture and equipment
- Assist with resident transportation and support housekeeping when needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare or multi-unit buildings
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys helping others
