About The Role
The company is hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role reports to the Controller and will take ownership of a broad set of accounting responsibilities, helping to build and scale core financial processes in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work cross-functionally and play a key role in strengthening financial operations as the company continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Manage day-to-day accounting workflows across areas such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
- Assist with financial audits, including preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors
- Support consolidations across entities
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Oversee expense programs, including credit cards and reimbursements
- Support ERP system implementation efforts, including data migration and testing
- Coordinate with external partners on tax compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or strong knowledge of US GAAP
- 2–5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably from a Big Four or top-tier firm (e.g., BDO, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly)
- 1 years of industry experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Solid understanding of accounting processes and controls
- Experience in a fast-paced or operationally complex environment is a plus
- Detail-oriented and comfortable wearing multiple hats
