We are hiring a full-time Doctor of Audiology to join Dr. Novick and our team. You will step into a thriving, well-established clinic with strong patient demand and a loyal patient base, in a setting where clinical excellence and patient relationships come first.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, and related auditory conditions
- Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Provide tinnitus treatment, including evidence-based options such as Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and Lenire bimodal stimulation
- Option to take on cochlear implant patients, with responsibilities of programming and mapping cochlear implants to optimize speech understanding and sound quality
- Deliver musician hearing services, including custom hearing protection and in-ear monitor (IEM) fittings

What We're Looking For
- Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree
- Licensed or license-eligible in California
- Passion for evidence-based hearing and tinnitus care
- Comfortable across a mix of diagnostics, treatment, and specialty services
- Collaborative mindset with a drive for clinical excellence
