- Engage professionally with study participants across diverse age groups (teenagers to seniors)
- Implement and maintain strict COVID-19 sanitization procedures between participant sessions
- Stay informed about the latest developments in hearing aid technology and industry best practices
- Represent the TELUS AI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Active Hearing Aid Dispenser license in the state of California (proof required)
- Demonstrated experience in creating ear impressions
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
