For years this clinic has earned a 5-star reputation under founder Dr. Marni Novick, AuD, delivering exceptional hearing loss, tinnitus, and sound sensitivity care to the South Bay community. The practice is now owned by Dr. Ben Thompson and Treble Health, and we are welcoming it into a nationally recognized network with deep roots in tinnitus care.
We are hiring a part-time Doctor of Audiology to join Dr. Novick and the Silicon Valley Hearing team. You will step into a thriving, well-established clinic with strong patient demand, while gaining the support, resources, and national reach of Treble Health behind you.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, and related auditory conditions
- Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Provide tinnitus treatment, including evidence-based options such as Lenire
- Program and map cochlear implants to optimize speech understanding and sound quality
- Deliver musician hearing services, including custom hearing protection and in-ear monitor (IEM) fittings
- Care for patients both in-clinic and, where appropriate, through Treble Health's telehealth platform
Train and Grow Alongside Dr. Marni Novick
This role offers something rare: direct, day-to-day mentorship from one of the South Bay's most respected audiologists. Dr. Marni Novick, AuD, is board-certified by the American Board of Audiology and brings a unique perspective as an audiologist who has worn hearing aids since a young age. You will learn her approach to advanced hearing aid fittings, tinnitus management, cochlear implant mapping, and musician services, building real clinical depth in specialties that set this practice apart.

What We're Looking For
- Au.D. or Master's-level audiologist
- Licensed or license-eligible in California
- Passion for evidence-based hearing and tinnitus care
- Comfortable across a mix of diagnostics, treatment, and specialty services
- Collaborative mindset with a drive for clinical excellence
