The Senior Project Manager will lead diverse client projects across multiple locations, with a core emphasis on operations and industrial engineering. This role is responsible for establishing and executing project frameworks that ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability—while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
Projects will vary based on client site needs, but most will center around optimizing fab processes, improving manufacturing systems, and conducting gap and root cause analyses to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance across all project phases and client sites
- Manage execution in alignment with contractual obligations and client-specific requirements
- Lead kickoff, execution, and close-out phases with full adherence to client reporting and notification standards
- Establish and maintain project baselines—technical, commercial, and operational—and ensure they are communicated across teams
- Deliver projects that improve fab efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance throughput
- Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and systems
- Support cost estimating, schedule development, and strategic planning for high-impact operational initiatives
