Operations Technology Cyber Security Analys

tWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technology (OT) Cyber Security Analyst to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you will protect Silgan’s industrial control systems and other operational technology (OT) infrastructure by identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient OT environments across all manufacturing facilities

What You Will

• DoMonitor, assess, and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in OT environments, including ICS, DCS, and PLC syste
• ms.Coordinate OT Intrusion Detection Software (IDS) site implementation and manage consultant deliverabl
• es.Administer Claroty and similar monitoring software; escalate IDS alerts to stakeholders and assist with remediati
• on.Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and related framewor
• ks.Conduct OT risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analyses for OT assets and networ
• ks.Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate response efforts with relevant tea
• ms.Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing while ensuring minimal operational disrupti
• on.Support design and maintenance of network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and other OT security contro
• ls.Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and documentation for standards such as NERC CIP, SOX, and ISO 270
