Assembly Technician 1

Location: West Valley City, UTEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)Position DescriptionThe Assembly Technician 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the assembly of SilencerCo suppressors, accessories, and firearm-related products. This role focuses on learning proper assembly techniques, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards while working in a team-oriented production environment.This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor.Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble basic product components following written work instructions and training.Identify correct parts and tools required for assigned assemblies.Perform fastening and basic fit-and-finish checks.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.Accurately track work and parts as instructed.Assist with inventory organization and material handling.Participate in team meetings and production goals.Learn SilencerCo product lines and assembly processes.Support other Assembly Technicians and departments as needed.Job QualificationsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and procedures.Willingness to learn and receive feedback.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work well in a team environment.Basic problem-solving skills.Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Experience RequirementsNo prior assembly experience required (manufacturing experience is a plus).Note: This list reflects core responsibilities but is not all-inclusive.
