Position Description
The Assembly Technician 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the assembly of SilencerCo suppressors, accessories, and firearm-related products. This role focuses on learning proper assembly techniques, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards while working in a team-oriented production environment.
This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble basic product components following written work instructions and training.
- Identify correct parts and tools required for assigned assemblies.
- Perform fastening and basic fit-and-finish checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Accurately track work and parts as instructed.
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
- Participate in team meetings and production goals.
- Learn SilencerCo product lines and assembly processes.
- Support other Assembly Technicians and departments as needed.
