We are seeking an Operations/Business Administration intern to assist in administrative functions which may include:
· Support the operations team with managing the company’s multiple vendor accounts, including assisting with billing, account updates, and resolving employee inquiries.
· Assist with the tracking and maintenance of the company’s business licenses to ensure timely renewals and regulatory compliance.
· Help with internal event planning and logistics (e.g., team lunches, celebrations, or meetings)
· Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, and office systems
· Assist with light office management duties such as refilling snacks, stocking supplies, and keeping communal spaces tidy
· Assist in preparing and distributing monthly reports to over 40 company locations
· Assist with IT-operations by helping to conduct audits, gather data, and support efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees, including setting up equipment and accounts
· Run occasional errands or assist with special projects as assigned
· Other duties as assigned
