We are available 24/7, every day of the year, to perform residential plumbing and HVAC maintenance and installation, as well as electrical upgrades and rewiring for the best in home comfort.
Guy Smith Home Services is looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales and HVAC experience is required. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.
Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.
Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

Qualifications:
Valid Drivers’ License
Residential service experience is preferred
3 years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC Outside Sales experience
Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
