Driving Scenario Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Driving Scenario Specialist to support the development of next-generation autonomous driving systems. This role involves analyzing real-world driving data and translating complex driving behaviors into structured inputs for machine learning models.

This is a high-impact, judgment-driven role requiring deep understanding of driving behavior, safety, and environmental context.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex driving scenarios using video, LiDAR, and sensor data
• Identify driver intent, environmental risks, and edge cases
• Create detailed documentation of driving sequences and behaviors
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine annotation guidelines
• Ensure high-quality data labeling and validation using internal tools
• Participate in calibration sessions to align outputs with model expectations
• Identify gaps in data and suggest improvements to tooling and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Analytical, Technical, or Communication-based)
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of real-world driving experience
• Strong understanding of road rules, defensive driving, and driving behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with AI tools and data annotation platforms
