Autonomy Test Specialist

Job Summary

We are hiring an Autonomy Test Specialist to support simulation, testing, and validation of autonomous vehicle systems. This role works closely with Motion Planning and Engineering teams to design test scenarios, execute vehicle testing, and analyze results.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in robotics and self-driving technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure simulation scenarios for PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) and depot operations
• Develop and maintain detailed vehicle test plans
• Coordinate test schedules with vehicle operations teams
• Execute and support on-site and off-site testing activities
• Perform first-level triage of test results and identify issues
• Document findings and generate reports for engineering teams
• Suggest process improvements for testing and validation workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
• Willingness to travel for testing support
• Basic knowledge of Python (preferred) for scripting and analysis
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
