You will work closely with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure reliability, compliance, and scalability across diverse geographies, while driving innovation in call delivery, reputation management, and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and delivery for global telephony infrastructure supporting high-volume outbound communications
- Ensure reliability, reputation, and deliverability of call systems at scale
- Manage vendor integrations (e.g., Twilio, Telnyx, Five9, Talkdesk) and optimize performance monitoring
- Develop internal tools for call tracking, QA, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international telephony regulations and standards (e.g., STIR/SHAKEN)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to scale systems globally
- 4 years in product management or engineering management, with experience in telephony or communications platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of global telephony providers and APIs (e.g., Twilio, Talkdesk, Five9, Avaya)
- Understanding of call reputation management, number pooling, and deliverability best practices
- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring scalable quality in communications systems
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
