Responsibilities
- Build and own the strategic growth marketing roadmap aligned to company-level revenue goals
- Design and execute full-funnel programs (from acquisition to expansion), combining ABM, lifecycle, and outbound strategies
- Lead channel and campaign planning across content, paid, outbound, and product-led growth initiatives
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI marketing tools
- Create systems for experimentation, measurement, and reporting that inform strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Execs to inform positioning and ensure alignment
- Manage 1–2 direct reports and oversee execution while maintaining high ownership of strategic priorities
- 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Track record of owning and scaling growth programs that tie directly to pipeline and ARR
- Expertise in building and executing multi-channel campaign strategies, especially ABM and outbound
- Strong understanding of modern AI-native marketing workflows beyond legacy tools like Marketo and Google Ads
- Quantitative mindset with comfort building strategic frameworks and evaluating performance data
- Background in a technical or analytical field (e.g., STEM or Economics from a top-tier university) is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills with a high level of strategic ownership
