In this role, you’ll architect and maintain reliable compute and storage systems across cloud (AWS) and bare metal GPU environments (H100, B200), develop high-performance online inference systems, and automate infrastructure workflows to maximize reliability, observability, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers and backend engineers to support model training, deployment, and experimentation needs while owning core systems such as CI/CD pipelines, monitoring infrastructure, and internal tooling. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be trusted to shape the systems backbone of a fast-scaling AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain stable, scalable, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and bare metal GPU clusters
- Design and operate efficient storage solutions for large-scale AI training datasets and checkpoints
- Develop and optimize online inference systems for diverse GPU environments
- Automate infra workflows for reliability, observability, and performance
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
- Partner with AI researchers and engineers to support model training, deployment, and experimentation
- 3 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure engineering
- Strong programming ability in Python or Golang
- Production-level experience operating Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of scalability, automation, and fault tolerance in modern infra systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Ability to independently lead projects and serve as a subject matter expert
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
