Role And Responsibilities

As an RPA Analyst, you will partner with internal business stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Financial Advisors) to automate critical financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Your role will involve:

• Leading end-to-end RPA initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and support, using tools like Automation Anywhere and Xceptor.
• Designing and configuring bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and extraction, streamlining workflows for regulatory and operational needs.
• Analyzing complex processes, diagramming workflows, and proposing optimizations using business process re-engineering principles.
• Collaborating with Application Developers and Business Technology Leaders to integrate RPA into broader tech projects.
• Mentoring junior analysts, training users on automation tools, and troubleshooting bot failures to ensure seamless operations.
• Documenting workflows and sharing actionable insights to meet business and regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC).
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation, with a proven track record of delivering RPA projects from inception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS SQL, and workflow-based automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Xceptor, MS SSIS, ActiveBatch).
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and API integration for data exchange and automation.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse environments and process diagramming.
• Financial services experience, with knowledge of Compliance, Operations, or Financial Advisor data needs.
• Certifications in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism (preferred).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure) and AI tools (desired).
• Working knowledge of the BetaNXT platform (a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a team-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
