Role And Responsibilities
- Design and lead Pega-based solutions to automate client workflows and boost efficiency.
- Architect Pega apps, integrating them with tools like process mining software (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) for smarter processes.
- Guide project teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure deliverables score with clients.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and craft strategies that hit the mark.
- Stay ahead of Pega trends to keep the firm’s playbook fresh and competitive.
- 5 years of experience with Pega Systems, ideally as a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or higher.
- Strong skills in designing low-code solutions for business automation.
- Familiarity with process mining or related tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication to break down tech for non-tech stakeholders.
