Role And Responsibilities
As a Lead ServiceNow Architect, you will design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, driving automation and process optimization for their clients. You will lead technical teams, shape strategic roadmaps, and integrate ServiceNow with RPA and process mining tools to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting and deploying ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Integrating ServiceNow with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to streamline workflows.
- Designing custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow’s Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Mentoring a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
- Establishing governance frameworks and Centers of Excellence (CoE) for ServiceNow deployments.
- Providing thought leadership in client workshops, proposing innovative solutions leveraging AI and machine learning within ServiceNow.
- Ensuring scalability, security, and compliance in all ServiceNow architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years in an architect or lead role.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or ITOM) required; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD).
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration with APIs, LDAP, and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) and ITIL processes.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI-driven ServiceNow features (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
