Role And Responsibilities
As a Lead UiPath Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath-based RPA solutions for global clients, while integrating process mining to optimize workflows. You will lead a team of developers, guide strategic automation initiatives, and collaborate on cutting-edge projects involving AI and analytics. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end development of UiPath RPA solutions, including bots, orchestrators, and integrations.
- Utilizing process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Mentoring and managing a team of RPA developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborating with clients to assess automation opportunities, define requirements, and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Integrating RPA with AI/ML technologies and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Establishing and maintaining UiPath Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, including governance and scalability.
- Providing technical expertise in client workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
- Staying abreast of RPA, process mining, and automation trends to drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years focused on UiPath.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory); UiPath Solution Architect or Process Mining certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or ABBYY Timeline).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript for RPA scripting and integration.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams or leading RPA projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration with RPA (e.g., UiPath AI Fabric).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise software (SAP, Oracle).
