Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Recruiter, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Sales Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding sales candidates. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, building relationships with potential hires, coordinating the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers and the account management team to ensure the best talent acquisition strategies are employed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Strong skills in Hiring and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Prior experience in sales or recruiting roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
