What You’ll Do
- Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit
- Work closely with a tight-knit team of ambitious, high-achieving professionals
- Use resume databases, referrals, outreach, cold calling, sourcing tools, and creative techniques to fill roles quickly
- Write compelling job postings to attract top technical and engineering talent
- Conduct full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries
- Perform reference checks and ensure candidate credibility
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles
- Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent pools, sourcing strategies, and market constraints
- Document all activity with precision and consistency
- Comply with EEOC guidelines across all hiring practices
