We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Submissions Specialist to support our sales team, manage deal submissions, and ensure smooth coordination between merchants, affiliates, and funding partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and manage deals within Zoho CRM.
- Prepare, submit, and track MCA and loan applications.
- Generate and send merchant proposals and documentation.
- Create tasks, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure deal progression.
- Maintain accurate deal status, lender responses, and funding records.
- Follow up with partners to request sold contracts.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data entry standards.
- Track and manage commissions owed to team members and affiliates.
- Serve as the point of contact between team members and affiliates.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferably in MCA but not required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM softwares and Google.
