What You’ll Be Do:
Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care (you’ll be a true difference-maker!).
Put the RN’s care plan into action with confidence and compassion.
Keep clear, accurate documentation that helps the whole team succeed.
Teach patients and families self-care skills—empowering them with knowledge and encouragement.
Collaborate with an all-star team of health pros (OTs, PTs, HHAs, Social Workers, Dieticians, and more!).
Use top-notch equipment and safe practices to provide the best care possible.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
