Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Complex project management experience

- Strong understanding of project scope, planning, execution, and risk management
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and manage project budgets and resources
- PMI certification is preferred
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop project teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with change management planning, design, and implementation
- Vendor management and performance monitoring experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience leading complex projects, preferably within financial services
