We are seeking a highly organized, execution‑focused Project Manager to serve as the right hand to the VP of Corporate Services. This role will play a critical part in keeping a fast‑moving Finance & Accounting Technology organization running smoothly-owning operations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring projects, teams, and timelines stay aligned.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the day‑to‑day operational partner and "right hand" to the VP of Corporate Services
- Take ownership of operational and coordination responsibilities to free leadership to focus on strategic initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent application development projects across Finance and Accounting technology teams
- Track project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deadlines across workstreams
- Maintain clear visibility into what each department is working on and where projects stand
- Drive cross‑functional coordination between technology, finance, and other stakeholders
- Ensure momentum stays high by proactively identifying bottlenecks and keeping initiatives on track
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving application development environment
- Facilitate communication, documentation, and follow‑ups to keep "all the balls in the air"
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar chief of staff / right‑hand role
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader or department head
- Strong track record managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience in application development environments; exposure to AI‑related projects is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through skills
- Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and ownership in a fast‑moving team
- Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively across teams and levels
Nice to Have
- Background or experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems (helpful but not required)
- Experience working with enterprise technology teams or internal systems development
- Prior exposure to SAP or other large‑scale enterprise platforms
