You willbe responsible forleading all sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to community engagement, referral outreach, lead generation, fielding inquiries, leading tours, and closing.
Directors should be knowledgeableregardingtheir surrounding market, state regulations, provided services within their community, limitations of services, and internal campus processes.TheSales Managershould be neat and clean in appearanceand should conduct themselves in a professional manner within the campus and surrounding community. They should be friendly, outgoing, and able to create a positive first impression.
