About the role

Sigma Computing is growing and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an integral part in recruiting outstanding talent at Sigma, by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from beginning to end. Every single day you’ll partner with our Recruiting team, hiring managers and others on coordinating interviews, building relationships with candidates. Plus the opportunity to be part of projects around employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and more.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate a high volume of phone, Zoom and onsite interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
• Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all times
• Engage in projects and programs to help improve areas in the recruiting process that impact the Company
• Meet and greet candidates who are onsite for interviews
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador

Who you are:

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail 
• Experienced with GoodTime: Proficient in using GoodTime interview scheduler.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills - you can fix any last minute issues without breaking a sweat.
• Candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide unparalleled candidate experiences.
• Experience creating and fostering productive relationships with external and internal clients

You might also have

• Experience with Google for Work applications like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.

Desirable Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator

The pay range for this position is $30/hr - $40/hr per hour.
