- 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical writing experience (procedures, work instructions, reports).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronics or RF systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems is preferred.
- Experience managing or supporting calibration programs and equipment traceability is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Maintain and improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with established standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and QC teams to ensure quality integration across all stages.
- Develop and refine quality documentation, including product validation forms, work instructions, and process flows.
- Support training initiatives related to quality systems and best practices.
- Monitor effectiveness of quality processes and recommend improvements.
- Lead and support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain calibration records and coordinate timely calibration of test and measurement equipment to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Maintain 5S standards and promote a culture of organization and efficiency.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
