Sigma Defense is seeking an Inventory/Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to work on-site in Huntsville, AL.
- Experience with JAMIS Manufacturing and asset management systems is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of study is preferred.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the storing and receiving of products and supplies.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained accurately to meet operational needs.
- Reporting:
- Generate accurate inventory reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software to track stock levels and identify trends.
- Shipping/Receiving:
- While primarily this pertains to the receipt of all the ordered goods, this position will be responsible for shipping things on occasion.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement protocols for loss mitigation and inventory optimization, contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
