Sigma Defense is seeking a Software Engineer I to augment the core team that develops and implements a variety of computer based products for our military customers.

- 0-2 years of experience with software engineering/development using Git based tools.
- Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting in a Linux operating environment.
- Working knowledge of virtualization and containerization.
- DevSecOps and Cybersecurity background desired.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements (must possess one of the following):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Support programs related to electronic warfare systems.
- Work in a structured, multidisciplinary team environment in Fairmont, WV.
- Development of requirements and design specifications.
- Implementation of system specifications, development of test plans, and creation of testing procedures.
- System testing and installation support.
- This is an on site position, telework is not possible.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
