What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and manage system requirements from concept through verification
• Lead requirements decomposition, traceability, and verification activities
• Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and system integration
• Partner with software, hardware, and test engineering teams
• Contribute to the development of safety-critical aerospace systems
• Grow into greater systems architecture ownership as you gain product expertise
What We're Looking For
• 2–8 years of Systems Engineering experience
• Experience with requirements management using DOORS or similar tools
• Verification & Validation (V&V) experience
• Exposure to HIL, systems integration, or testing
• Experience in aerospace, defense, avionics, flight controls, or other safety-critical industries
• Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, DO-160, or ARP4754 is highly desirable
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or MBSE tools is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
